Payment Timing

• Takeout reservations: Immediate payment when reservation is confirmed
• Dine-in pre-orders (participating stores only): Immediate payment when order is placed

Delivery Time

• Takeout orders: Provided at the store at the pickup time specified when the reservation was confirmed
• Dine-in reservations: Service provided when visiting the store at the specified date and time when the reservation was confirmed

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation after order confirmation is not possible.
• Same-day cancellation for dine-in pre-orders (participating stores only) may not be refundable.

Contract Conclusion Time

The contract is established when the order confirmation button is pressed.
