株式会社セレンディピティ（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するサービス「Omochi」（以下「本サービス」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 取得する情報

当社は、ユーザーが本サービスを利用する際、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス
予約情報、注文履歴
利用端末情報、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報
Cookie情報、アクセスログ

2. 利用目的

取得した個人情報は以下の目的で使用いたします。

サービスの提供、本人確認、予約・注文処理、予約手数料・サービス利用料の請求
サポート・問い合わせ対応
サービス改善や新機能の開発
不正利用の防止、セキュリティ確保

3. 第三者提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。

法令に基づく場合
決済代行業者に予約手数料・サービス利用料の請求に必要な範囲で提供する場合

4. 安全管理措置

当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス・漏洩・改ざん・紛失等を防止するために、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

5. クッキー等の使用について

本サービスでは、ユーザーの利便性向上やアクセス解析のためにCookieを使用する場合があります。

6. 外部サービスとの連携

Googleアナリティクスなどの外部サービスと連携する場合があります。これらのサービスの利用に際しては、各社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

7. 外部送信について

当社は、本サービス（omochiapp.com および sncrp437.github.io/omochi_collector 配下の各ページ）において、ユーザーの端末から下記の外部事業者へ情報が送信される仕組み（タグ、Cookie、埋め込みコンテンツ、外部API等）を利用する場合があります。送信される情報に、氏名・電話番号・メールアドレス・お店への依頼文は含まれません（AI処理の項を除く）。各事業者での取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

Metaピクセル（広告効果測定）

ページ表示に必要な外部配信（フォント、スクリプト、住所の座標変換）

送信先	Google LLC（Google Fonts、Firebase SDK）、jsDelivr（スクリプト配信）、geocode.maps.co（住所の座標変換）
送信される情報	ブラウザ・端末情報、IPアドレス。座標変換ではお店の住所（ユーザーの位置情報ではありません）
当社の利用目的	ページの表示、配車アプリへの引き渡しに必要な座標の取得

AI処理

送信先	OpenAI（当社サーバー経由、業務委託）
送信される情報	お店探しのためにユーザーが入力した依頼文（氏名・電話番号は入力しないようお願いしています）
当社の利用目的	依頼文から条件（エリア、人数、時間など）を読み取り、お店に伝えるため
送信先の利用目的	OpenAIの利用規約・プライバシーポリシーに基づく処理（当社が利用するAPIは、入力内容をモデルの学習に用いない設定です）

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更することがあります。変更後は本ページ上で通知いたします。

Your name, phone number, email address and the text of your requests to venues are not included (except as noted under AI processing). Delivery needed to display pages (fonts, scripts, address geocoding)

AI processing

Recipient	OpenAI (via the Company's server, as a contractor)
Information sent	The request text you typed to find a venue (we ask you not to enter names or phone numbers)
Our purpose	Reading the conditions (area, party size, time, etc.) from your request and relaying them to venues
Recipient's purpose	Processing under OpenAI's terms and privacy policy (the API the Company uses is configured not to use inputs for model training)

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

The Company may change the content of this policy without notice. Changes will be notified on this page.
